As orphans who at one time were in a desperate place of need, the children of HOME International are learning to give.

The journey toward being able to give freely is not an easy one for those who have been rejected or abandoned.  Emotional hurts are exhibited in a variety of ways - including are feeling of inner rawness and a hurt that doesn't seem to go away.

The history of my family had a great influence on the work of HOME International.  My parents, as a pastor couple, gave selflessly and generously to others.  Their example made a positive impact on my life.  I, in turn, wish to pass that gift onto my children and future generations.

I consistently teach the gift of giving to the orphan girls in our care.  Now, they are helping other needly children in their own neighborhoods and in villages close by.  This act of kindness enriches their lives in a very positive way.

 

Three homes have been established.  The girls are under the care of loving houseparents.  They are family!

We visit each home and provide ongoing training to the staff as they love and care for the girls in our care.

Each girl is invited to be a part of a loving home where they quickly become a sister to other girls in a similar situation.

Sadness turns into smiles as love helps to relieve the pain of their past.  They receive training and education, launching them toward a bright future.  They are becoming beautiful young woman of purpose and destiny.
